Under separate corporations (PARKING COMPANY OF AMERICA – FORT WORTH, INC. and PARKING COMPANY OF AMERICA – CORPUS CHRISTI, INC.) and partnerships (PARKING SYSTEMS OF AMERICA, L.P.) the company also operates, manages, leases and consults for parking facilities in other parts of the state. PCA manages all phases of the parking business for Class A office building garages, valet locations, surface lots, hospital facilities and special events with up to 100,000 people in attendance.
